Education, Friendship and Fun A Women's Club is a non-political, non-sectarian group open to all women whatever their age or interest. Each club is self governing, choosing its own officers, meeting places and times, to fit in with the needs of a particular neighbourhood. Your local club has a wide range of activities catering for all tastes including: demonstrations of crafts of use to the member; talks on a wide variety of subjects; discussions on general topics; outings to theatres, exhibitions and places of interest. National events include: An Annual Conference, Carol Concert, One Day Workshops and Weekends at various venues. The organisation encourages a development of community spirit resulting in various acts of voluntary service and fund raising to help women less fortunate than ourselves, but above all it provides a real growth of friendship between members.
